All sessions must be paid for in advance or on the day. This ensures that we can focus on the particular issues you have brought for coaching.

If you can't make your next appointment, it can be rescheduled using the calendar feature in the secure client's area. I expect to be given at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation, and reserve the right to charge for any session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

All coaching is subject to a formal coaching agreement, a copy of which is available from me. If you would like to see one, please send me an e-mail at info@answersforlife.co.uk, and I will send a copy back to you.

There will be preparation for both of us ahead of each session, and your preparation must be sent to me at least 4 hours before the session, to assist me in helping you to get the most benefit from the session.
