Answers for Life provides coaching either by telephone or face to face. For some people, talking on the telephone is the most natural thing in the world. For others, it is something that is best kept to a minimum. The most cost-effective coaching is done by telephone, but some people prefer to personal contact that one to one meeting brings.

I recognise that we are all different, and will work with you to find the best way to support you in our coaching relationship, face to face, by telephone, or using e-mail from time to time.

In addition, every client has access to the client area, which has a range of resources available for your use.
