The entry level programme is for 4 sessions, usually 45 minutes each, which can be effective at resolving specific, bounded issues. These sessions can be taken weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs and constraints. These programmes are priced at £200.

For more difficult or complex questions, the standard coaching programme is recommended. This programme takes 10 sessions of 45 minutes each, which again can be taken weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs. These programmes are priced at £400.

It is possible for you to purchase single coaching sessions, once the entry level programme is completed, to meet your particular needs. These are priced at £60 each.
