The company was founded in 2000 specifically to work with small and medium sized companies on business issues. However, over the years, the business issues became less about business process and structure, and much more about how people worked, what was holding them back, and finding new and different ways of doing things that worked better with their own skills and strengths.

Answers for Life was launched in 2007 to focus more strongly on personal development for people both within, and outside, the local business community. Jeannette Roddy, the owner, is a professional coach, and has already worked with over 30 clients, covering both business and personal issues.

Following on from the orgins of the company, Answers for Life specialises primarily in work and career issues for individuals. All coaches working with Answers for Life have been professionally trained, and are either accredited, or are currently going through the process of accreditation.
